Tony’s role within the business is many faceted. Primarily it is as Creative Director. This involves developing concepts, setting the standard for creative work; briefing designers and writers; and meeting with clients to present creative work and manage projects. Tony is also the brand strategist for Downing Design. Conducting brand workshops with clients, articulating brand strategy, consulting and advising, overseeing and implementing brand roll-out.
